In The Taste of Rose

Taiwan Organic Rose, Rose Jam

A social enterprise born from organic rose farming in Taichung. We met Xiao-Qui, whose family had farmed for generations, though she had treated it only as part-time work.

After more than a decade of practicing organic agriculture, she took a bold step at fifty—cultivating organic edible roses, which are difficult to grow in Taiwan. When we first tasted her roses and discovered their extraordinary flavor, we invited her to build a brand around her craft.

The main product is rose petal jam made without boiling or additives. It’s made only with fresh rose, sugar, and a touch of lemon. It preserves the amazing taste and aroma of the rose. Alongside whole rose tea, the brand now featured in online elect boutiques, bakeries, cafés, and its own online retail store.
